Local jazz fusion group, The Velocity District, hosts a “holiday bash” here at the Spot! They perform 8pm-10pm, and will be followed by audio/visual artists after a local event called WA/VASH audio visual festival.

Mr. Desktop, Lee Lloyd, and Machine Aura (WA/VASH) to begin performances at 11p

A new festival called "Wa/vash" (Wabash Audiovisual) will showcase experimental audio-visual creators in the state of Indiana. The event is scheduled to take place on December 2nd from 7 PM to 10 PM at Tapawingo Park, West Lafayette. The festival will feature projects that explore the aesthetics of synesthesia by combining pulsating sounds with moving images. This free event is open to everyone and will showcase video projections along the Wabash River. After[party will be held at Spot Tavern (21+) immediately following the festival.

Wa/vash will feature creators from Bloomington, Indianapolis, and Greater Lafayette. Thanks to @cityofwestlafayette
